We accept returns for resizing, refurbishing and warranty claims.

  1. Resize
    We offer complimentary resize up to 3 sizes up/down for our rings (example 10, 10.5, 11). Charges are applicable for resizing exceeding 3 sizes up/down.

    *Resizing is not advisable for certain designs due to design proportion. Kindly refer to our consultant for more information.

  2. Refurbish
    We offer complimentary refurbishment on all jewellery once a year for 10 years. Charges are applicable for additional refurbishment services.

Return Instructions

Step 1: Inform our sales consultant about your return request.
Step 2: Place jewellery into ZCOVA jewellery box and delivery box.
Step 3: Seal delivery box with ZCOVA security sticker, and send us a picture.
Step 4: Wait for courier pickup.

*We do not require your invoice, receipt, and diamond certificate for returns for resizing and refurbishing.

Refund Policy

At ZCOVA we stand behind the quality of our products and offer customers the opportunity to request for a refund under the following conditions:

  1. GIA number inscribed on the diamond does not match its GIA certificate.
  2. LUMOS by ZCOVA Diamond does not achieve High Light Performance in its GemEx certificate.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or amend any order before payment is made. Once partial or full payment is made, no cancellation or refund will be allowed.
